- All abstracts must be submitted via email to abstracts@science-and-wine-conferences.com.
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
- The title of the abstract should be a maximum of 25 words.
- Include the full first and last names of the submitting/corresponding author and all co-authors.
- Provide affiliation details, including department, institution/hospital, city, state (if applicable), and country.
- Add 1 to 3 keywords in English that best define your abstract.
- Indicate your preference for a poster or oral presentation; however, the final decision will be made by the scientific committee.
- Submit your abstract as a Word file named with your name followed by "_abstract" (e.g., paulasilva_abstract).
Authorship
- The submitting author must also serve as the corresponding author. There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual can submit as the submitting author.
- The presenting author can be different from the submitting/corresponding author. However, an individual may present only one abstract at the conference.
- Please note that each registration permits only one person to attend the conference. Co-authors wishing to attend must register and pay separately.
