Carlos Ribeiro is Assistant Professor at University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, at the Agronomy Department. He is member of the Centre for the Research and Technology of Agro-Environmental and Biological Sciences (CITAB). As Professor, he teaches and communicates knowledge and skills in the areas of Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Food Nutrition, Oenology and Oenology and Viticulture. As researcher, he Integrates some project teams for research and experimentation and demonstration in the areas of postharvest, processing and food safety and quality. He is the Secretary of the General Council of UTAD. He was member of different mandates of the Pedagogical Councils of the UTAD and the School of Agrarian Sciences and Veterinary, till 2021. He was the Director of 1st cycle in Oenology between 2013 and 2021. Also, he was the Director of 2nd cycle in Oenology and Viticulture between 2015 and 2021.
