The congress “2nd Science & Wine World Congress. Wine and Olive Oil Production: The Fluid Aspect of Mediterranean Diet” occurred from 2 to 3 June 2021. Given the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19 and the uncertainties regarding its evolution, we engaged in enhancing our online services to bring the 2nd Science & Wine World Congress also to your place, no matter whether it is at home, in the office, in the lab, or even your holiday refuge.

The program was planned with the main goal of the formation of a discussion forum to discuss the more recent achievement in the research field regarding wine and olive oil production and their importance in the Mediterranean Diet.
