Wine authentication using GC-IRMS approach
Dr. Perini Matteo from Fondazione Edmund Mach, Italy will present an overview on “Wine authentication using GC-IRMS approach” during the First Wine & Science Congress.
Dr. Matteo will present an overview of the last and innovative application of stable isotope approach for the wine and must authentication. In particular I will focus on the advantages of using a gas chromatograph coupled with a isotopic ratio mass spectrometer for a compound-specific stable isotope ratio analysis.
