Main, but not exclusive, subjects to be dealt with polyphenols, resveratrol, aging, antioxidant, wine, health, Mediterranean diet, nutrition, diseases, welfare and behavior at the level of mechanisms, analysis, experimental and epidemiological studies will be accepted. Everyone is invited to participate in this new Special Issue by submitting a contribution, either an original research article, a short communication or a specialized critical review, although in this latter case the subject must be previously agreed, to prevent possible overlapping.
